Unveiling Taylors Family Flagship Collection
Family-owned winery Taylors has a long held reputation as one of Australia’s top premium value wineries, with its Estate range being a staple amongst Australian wine drinkers of all ages. Over the years, the family has invested substantial resources in the winery and in its winemaking craft to grow its portfolio up the ladder, resulting in exceptional wines worthy of any fine wine collection.
As part of the family’s journey to claim its stake as one of the Clare Valley’s, and Australia’s, fine wine producers, Taylors set out to showcase its luxury credentials with its inaugural ‘Family Flagship Release’ event. This event would be the culmination of decades of work and a moment to celebrate Taylors’ position as one of the most recognised names from the Clare Valley wine region through its pinnacle release wines.
Blend Public Relations was tasked with the creative execution of the entire event – from catering and menu design, through to service briefings and entertainment. This special event took place within The Calyx of the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney. The stunning event and exhibition space would be transformed into a world class dinner for more than 100 guests.

Those attending the special evening enjoyed a paired degustation of 10 wines from the Taylors’ Family Flagship portfolio, expertly matched to individual dishes throughout the evening. Wines were presented by master of ceremonies Neil Hadley MW along with Chief Winemaker Adam Eggins and third-generation winemaker and Manaing Director Mitchell Taylor. For entertainment, guests were delighted by the sounds of classically trained violinist Yena Choi throughout the night. Finishing touches included hand painted orchids from Acid Flowers and styling by Adam Powell.
